Australia decides to terminate anti-dumping measures against Chinese wind towers

On the afternoon of March 21st, the Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference. A media question has been raised that the Australian Anti Dumping Commission has recently issued a notice deciding not to continue anti-dumping measures against wind turbines imported from China. What is the comment of the spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce on this?
In response, spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, He Yadong, stated that the Chinese side has taken note of the final announcement of the sunset review of anti-dumping measures against Chinese wind towers issued by the Australian Anti Dumping Commission on March 15, and has decided to terminate the measures on April 16, 2024. The Chinese side welcomes this decision.
He Yadong said that there is enormous potential for cooperation between China and Australia in the field of clean energy. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with Australia and work together to address global climate change. At the same time, we hope that Australia and China can continue to resolve trade disputes through dialogue and cooperation, and terminate other trade relief measures against China as soon as possible.
